Is stress controlling your life?

Are you feeling stuck in a rut?

Do you just want to get back to being you again?

If you answered yes to those questions, you may also be suffering with physical symptoms of stress and feeling like your resilience reserves are depleted. Maybe stress is taking a toll on your emotional and mental well-being and anxiety or depression are holding you back. You may feel like you’ve lost your identity.

If this sounds like you,  I hear you and I know exactly how you feel…I’ve been there.  For 12 years I battled with a variety of chronic health conditions that were all stress related and had a huge impact on my quality of life.  I honestly believed that was my lot and there was no way out as I was so stuck in the cycle.

I learnt that actually, it didn’t have to be my lot.  I didn’t have to just accept that that’s how my life was or going to be and that I had all of the power to make changes in my life. By learning and understanding how stress impacts on all aspects of well-being and by building my resilience, I was able to find a way out.

After understanding the mind-body connection and learning about brain health, I made a conscious decision to take my life back over 7 years ago and get to enjoy a healthy and happy life. I now choose to work with women who are also battling with stress and who are looking to regain energy, identity and to get their life back.
