“I came to Lisa very lost and in a difficult place, struggling with health anxiety, depression, trauma, and a multitude of other issues that impacted my ability to enjoy life. I am now in a completely different place. Lisa’s approach to mental health is revolutionary. I have been in and out of 'mental health services' since I was very young, and I was in a cycle of being treated, feeling ok for a bit, and then tumbling back down. I was always ‘waiting’ for the anxiety or depression to return. My whole life I had felt a victim to my trauma, but through my learnings from Lisa I have found a balance of having compassion for myself, ways to process my emotions and connect, but also taking control of my life whilst changing my entire view of myself. Lisa is very attentive and shared so much knowledge and resources with me that I can still utilise despite our sessions being finished. Nothing ever felt unmanageable with Lisa, as she helped me incorporate tools and techniques into my life to enable me to manage all challenges.
I just feel balanced now. I now love myself and the person I have become since working with Lisa, it who I was always meant to be with no longer living in fear of my emotions.
