As a Coach and Psychotherapist with years of experience, I will safely, empathically and compassionately support and guide you throughout the process. I tailor each session to you and draw on a variety of methodologies including Applied Neuroscience and Brain Health, Counselling, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic-Programming) and Hypnotherapy.

This 6 week programme is designed to help you explore current issues that might be keeping you feeling stuck. Using a solution focused approach, underpinned by applied neuroscience and brain health and understanding how everything is connected (neurologically, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually), we look at developing essential skills to develop a deeper self-awareness, build more confidence and self-esteem so you achieve the changes you want to.

This 12 week programme is designed to get you back in control and feeling great. This programme is underpinned by applied neuroscience and brain health and understanding how everything is connected (neurologically, mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually), and gives you the opportunity to develop emotional awareness and regulation. You will have the opportunity to explore limiting beliefs, thought patterns and unhelpful behaviours giving you the tools and strategies you need to confidently manage stress and anxiety.

After the 12 weeks, you will have made significant changes, will feel better, brighter, happier and will have all the tools you need to continue living the healthy and happy life you want.
As a senior accredited counsellor and psychotherapist who understands the most important ingredient for effective change is the therapeutic relationship, I provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to work through any challenges you might be facing. Areas I specialise in are chronic stress, overwhelm, depression and anxiety. Sessions are 50 minutes and take place at the same time each week – it is recommended to have at least six. My approach is person-centred, solution focused and informed by neuroscience.
Please note that there is a 48 hour cancellation policy. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours will still be charged or forfeited if paid in advance.
